Approaches:

EMDR uses alternating eye movements, sounds, or taps as part of the process to assist you in reprocessing past, painful experiences.

Lifespan Integration (LI) is a new, very gentle therapy which promotes rapid healing in adults who experienced abuse and/or neglect during childhood.  LI helps people connect unpleasant feelings and dysfunctional patterns with the memories of the past events from which these feeling and strategies originated.  After LI therapy, people find themselves spontaneously reacting to current stressors in more age appropriate ways, feeling better about life, more self-accepting, and better able to enjoy intimate relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy involves change based on the relationship between your thinking, emotions & behavior to help you develop new skills in problem-solving and in relating to others.

Couples Work will utilize the highly effective Gottman approach.
